This 6 bedroom house is situated
very close to the town centre, only a few minutes from
the beach and Pier. We have 3 double rooms and 3 single
rooms, all share bathroom and shower facilities on the
first and second floors, and all rooms have their own
fridge. A separate 1 bedsit is on the rear ground floor
with ensuite bathroom. There is a large fully equipped
kitchen (2 cookers, washing machine, and a microwave)
with a dining section and breakfast bar. At the rear of
the property there is an area for the storage of bikes. The weekly rent is payable 1 week in advance and is inclusive of bills for Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax and a deposit of 3 weeks rent is payable in advance. Deposits will be returned as long as there is no damage to the property or its contents upon departure, and that the room is left clean and tidy. Assured Shorthold Contracts will be issued for a 6 month period. Rents are between £75 and £100 per week. No DSS. |
