The weekly rent is payable 1 week in advance and is inclusive of bills for Gas, Electricity, Water (Council Tax may be payable, dependant upon the tenants status) and a deposit of 3 weeks rent is payable in advance. Deposits will be returned as long as there is no damage to the property or its contents upon departure, and that the room is left clean and tidy. Assured Shorthold Contracts will be issued for a 6 month period. Wireless Broadband is a new service for our tenants and is included in the rent (bring you own PC wireless adaptor).
